Program is a proprietary service provided by Percept OOH for grading and monitoring 
   sites. Currently sites in main arteries in 9 cities is complete. Other cities will soon follow.
   Various physical parameters of the sites are captured and graded and are available for
   comparison on line along with photographs. The monitoring section provides for status
   on campaigns and competition data.
